In this app you can track all the food you eat, along with your steps and daily exercise. This app also can help you set certain goals and give advice on how to reach them. For example, if you wanted to lose weight, you could put your goal weight in the APP and it will give you your daily food and exercise recommendations.

Price: This app is either $9.99 a month, or $49.99 a year.

This app was developed by Under Amor, Inc. It is also available for IOS and android phones. This app has a rating of 4.7 stars and has over 900,000 ratings. There are a lot of positive comments in the review section. There are also a lot of people posting about their actual weight loss/health journey and how this app has helped them.

Mealime Meal Plans

Description: This app called Mealime is made for people who may be very busy and have a lot going on in their life, but still want to eat healthy. This app offers you tons and tons of different healthy recipes that are divided up into many different categories. For example, categories like quick and easy, most popular, breakfast, or less than 500 calories. They also offer all the nutrition facts that go along with each meal that make it easy to track your food if you wanted to.

Price: The original app is free. If you wanted to upgrade to Mealime Meal Planner Pro, it would be $5.99 per month or $49.99 a year.

This app was developed by Mealime Meal Plans Inc. It is also available for android and IOS systems. This app has a ratings of 4.8 stars and has 31,000 total ratings. In the comment section, there are a lot people loving this app. A lot of people are saying that this app is a huge time savor and has made eating healthy fun and easy.

Fooducate

Description: This app called Fooducate, can really help you with grocery shopping, meal planning, and even give great diet advice. There is also a section In this app where you can search any food item, and it will give you all the nutrition facts and even a grade for how healthy it is. For example, a cliff bar has a grade of C. This would tell you that maybe this isn’t the best option for meeting your goal.

In this app you can completely personalize it by adding in your own personal health information. You can also write your own goals In the app and it can help and guide you on what foods to eat. For example, you can say that you want to eat very low processed foods and it will give you a whole bunch of foods that are low processed.

Price: The normal app price is $4.99 a month. For lifetime use, it is $74.99.

This app has ratings of 4.7 stars out of 5. It also has 51,000 total ratings. This app was developed by Fooducate, Ltd. Overall, there are a lot of really great things being said about this app in the comment section. There are a lot of people explaining the way it has helped educate them to make healthier choices, and also how it has helped them lose weight.

There are a bunch of fitness and health apps out there, and I know that it can be confusing deciding which one try. Here I’ve narrowed it down to my top three, that I really recommend. If you or anyone you know is currently struggling with getting healthy, these app’s can be a great place to start! They offer a bunch of really helpful information and services that can help you reach your health goals.
